Privacy Policy

Agent Brain is designed as a self-hosted local memory layer. Your core memory data stays in the infrastructure you operate, and we collect only the account and service data needed to run the product, process subscriptions, and communicate with you.

Local product data

When you run Agent Brain, your memories, project context, semantic cache records, and agent metadata are stored in the services you operate. Local processing happens according to your configuration on infrastructure you control.

Website data

This website may receive standard hosting logs such as IP address, user agent, request URL, and timestamp. These logs are used for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability.

Account data

When you create an Agent Brain account, we collect your email address, password or OAuth identity, optional display name, account tier, and product access state. We use this information to authenticate you, secure your account, and determine whether Community or Pro features are available in the desktop app.

Downloads and subscriptions

Agent Brain downloads are publicly available. Our download and auth services may log installer download counts, request metadata, and download errors for operational reporting, abuse prevention, and product planning. If you subscribe to Pro, payment processing is handled by Stripe and we store the subscription status needed to manage your plan.

Marketing communications

During account creation, you can optionally opt in to product updates, launch news, and upgrade emails. Marketing consent is optional, not required to use Agent Brain, and can be withdrawn later using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting support.

Data rights and contact

If you need access, correction, deletion, or help with your account or marketing preferences, contact [email protected].

We will continue updating this policy as Agent Brain account, billing, and support workflows evolve.
